B - I did pretty well this weekend. Only went over on my calories Friday and only by a little bit. i was really watching my water intake and I met my goals both days!:drinker:

Hello ladies! Im Susan and these are my goals: 1. Get back to my morning workouts! At least 4-5 days a week 2. Staying at or under calorie goal, at least 6 days a week. 3. Getting my water in on weekends. Its nice to meet everyone and good luck!

My goal is to be at 155 by Halloween. I am at 159 now and I no thats not much but I have already lost these pounds once and put them back on, and its taking longer to lose them again:cry: I am actually hoping to lose more, but don't want to be discouraged if I don't make my first goal.

I also started out doing the 30 DS and had really good results. Its only 20 minutes and cost like $10.00, so its affordable. I have also done many Jillian Michael workouts and am currently doing Insanity.

I started out only doing Jillian workouts. I have done all that you have mentioned except JM Body Revolution. I decided to venture out and try Insanity instead and I love it! I am only on the first month and the longest workout there is is 41 minutes. They probably get longer in month 2, but hopefully I will be ready to go…

I love my morning workouts. Like others have said it gives you more energy throughout the day and you have it over with. I hate when I put it off and all day long I know, after work, I have to workout! The hardest part of the morning work out is getting up!

Reyna's right. If you start the fit test Sunday then your rest day will be Saturday, not Sunday.

I have started Insanity 3 times and can't get past doing it 3 or so days a week. I really want to do it all 6!! I will start over (again):grumble: Monday. Maybe this group can help keep me accountable:laugh: Are yall going to do the fit test Monday and start with the first workout Tuesday?

I have been on this site for over a year. At first I logged everything, worked out, and lost weight. Then I started slacking and put some of the weight back on. Now I need to get back on track. :smile:
