  • Up your walking by 1/2 mile. Everytime I hit a wall I would increase my walking or added a weight vest to my body while I was walking I would start to see better results. Keep up the great work. This is tough. Your doing great!
  • I recently added MAGNESIUM 250 mg's once in the morning and once before bed. I have been doing this for about 4 months now and I have less joint pain. I did talk to my doctor before doing this and she was fine with it. It has helped greatly.
