I just seen this today. If i do 800cal a day i can still make 20,000 by the end of the month..... so i did 900 today! I'm so excited.

I had progresso light vegetable soup today for lunch and it was only 120 for the whole can. and i thought it taste good too. add a jello as a snack and you will still be fine.
