I have the RI30 DVD and need to start it. I have been doing her 6 week 6 pack, but have a hard time doing it everyday. Honestly all the talk of being 90 to 110 lbs is depressing me. Going from 177 to 135 felt like an accomplishment until people start referring to 135 as being fat. Guess I'm fat still.

I'm 29 yo and 5'3" and have not been below 130 lbs since I'd guess my early teens. In the last year I went from 177 lbs to 130-135 lbs. I have the DVD and have used it, but I'm really hit and miss with it. I was definitely sore after using it.

I'm 5'3. Started out at 177 (post pregnancy), currently around 132 and would like to get to 120-125. Getting to 135 was pretty easy, but losing the last 10-15 has been super difficult. I seem to go up and down 2-3 lbs for the last 6 months. Lost the motivation I had at first.

I usually exercise when my son is napping. I either go on the treadmil or do a Jillian Michaels DVD. Over the last week the scale says I gained 4-5 lbs and 2 lbs overnight. In my head I know there are other factors, but the number I saw on the scale today depressed me.
