Welcome N00bTammie :) Strength doesn't burn as much as cardio is all I've learned. Raising your arms gets your heart pumping faster. at the gym I'm HOOKED on the handbike. We all have google. We all have slightly different goals too. If hi-carb achieves your goals, then its right for you. I suggest people try any change for at least 2 weeks then check progress. I don't see results sooner.

I never stop. I save a couple hundred calories end of the day for late snack. midnight restarts the diary, yay! 1500 is hard! But I was there in April/May.

I can only say what works for me, and only for now. I eat all the time. 11p, 12a, 1a, 3a, 3 squares during the day. Daily goal is what works for me.
