I love tattoo's!~ I have them on my chest, arms, leg, front of hip bone, lower back, and even my *kitten* cheek:) Out of all of them, i'd say the one on my *kitten* definately hurt the most!!! I started at 149lbs...and the scale would never budge. Took me 6 mos. to lose 10lbs.!!!!!!! When i joined this site, i was totally absorbed in everything i read, what people said to do,... what people said not to do... etc. Bottom line for me? Relax. Move more. Eat less than usual... and ONLY when your hungry:) Good luck!

I agree w/Collins~ I found it easier to change my fitness level to very active considering i work outside on my feet all day and do a ton of walking. I only log what i do outside of work like weights, or swimming, mowing the lawn, etc. Much easier that way:)

I find it interesting that the majority of women have stated 2, or 3. I'm def a #1 kind a girl, ya know, natural works for me. I think if my man shaved, or heck, even trimmed i'd find it to be a little weird. Ok, ALOT weird...LOL The 'trimmed' area is mine, not his.:noway:

Hi:) I have no idea if it's available to you or not, but on my cable there is an exercise t.v. channel that has all sorts of different workouts... from walking, dancing, the 30day shred, etc. I live in Florida and work outside so i definately know what you mean. Too hot!!!

Well, besides the fact that none of my shorts fit anymore... i was still in denial. In the same week, 2 different cashiers asked me when i was 'due'?!!! I carry weight around my mid-section mostly. I felt utterly disgusted. Aint nothin worse than someone assuming your pregnant when your NOT!:sad:

I have smoked for.... let's see.... do a little math.... (on a regular basis- one pack of Marlboro Light 100's a day) for..... 25 freaking YEARS?! Uggggh. I know that's terrible. Do i need to quit? I went from 125 to 150 in about 6mos last year due to quitting an active job to stay at home with my children. I improved my eating habits and have exercised 6 days a wk for the past 5 months and i've only been able to lose 5 lbs!!!! I am not settling for 145! I'll keep at it till it comes off.:flowerforyou:
