I started in January with a BMI of 27.1, now its 22.5. I'm happy with that. I've just got to concentrate on staying healthy and not gaining too many of those lost lbs back on again!

Somewhere between 3-6 hours, with a few times getting up to my baby and 3 year old. I've not had more than 4 consecutive hours slept in 3 years! I really would like 8-9 hours a night, but I'm used to it now. I'm a really good sleeper when left alone by my kids! I've worked rotating shifts for 16 years and never had a…

Hello! i have a 2 year old and a 9 month old.I bought a "10 minute solution Blast off Belly fat" DVD but I couldn't physically do the exercises. It's not really designed for us! I've since bought a "Rowing action exerciser" (cost about £8 and is like a big elastic band to go round your feet with a handle to hold.) It came…

Hello! I'm married, 34 and mother of 2.

It's great to see so many breastfeeders on here! I'm still breastfeeding my 14 month old, I found it helped lose the weight initially, but when she started eating solids and reducing the milk she needed I carried on eating for two ( or maybe six!!). I've really got that breastfeeding sweet tooth!

Put breastfeeding in as a food. It gives you minus calories. There's a wide choice of amounts of breast feeding to choose from. Obviously unless your expressing it will be a guess. It's supposed to be 500 calories to exclusively breastfeed an infant. I'm just feeding twice a day now so I've chosen 200 calories, that seems…
