As far as diet, I make sure I eat 3 meals a day, I do not eat out as often. I have also cut down a lot on drinking alcohol and no longer drink soda. My ankle pain was there in the beginning but with more weight lost I am feeling better I am able to run and do so much more in the gym.

So last night I was leaving my apartments gym and walking back home and it was freezing, I decided to run home to get there sooner, I broke my ankle in 2008 and have been real restrictive with it over the years afraid I would hurt it again. I was so happy I tried it and had no problems, It did feel strange but not painful!!

I love to party and would drink quite a bit on the weekend, I felt like death the days that followed so I decided to quit cold turkey, suprisingly I was not having with drawels or anything. I still go out with friends, I can DD and I just have water. I still think its important to live a normal life and socialize!!
