You lose 100 hundred pounds in six months your skin can't keep up. Give it some time and at your age it should shrink back. If I was you I would start trying to get strong. I would hit the weights and lift heavy, trying to use more weight everytime I hit the gym. Try that for 6 months and see what a difference it will make.

Insanity is not for gaining weight its for losing weight, but it will help you a lot during basic. Insanity burns a lot of calories so you need to eat even more and at your age that means eating so muchand so often you feel like your stomach is going to explode. Weight training and no cardio would yield quicker results.

If you are going to skip a workout dont skip the three strength workouts. Skip the plyo, yoga, or kenpo instead. Your goals are definetely obtainable and if that is what you really enjoy doing, zumba and c25k, then keep it up. However if you want a variety to add some strength training switch your zumba class to a boot camp style class for 2 days one week and one day the next week.

Supreme 90 I believe is the knock off of P90X. It can be had for about $20 and is just as good. For the price you cant beat. Insanity is over the top in my opinion for someone just starting out.
