I had the same problem. I figured it out that I wasn't eating enough throughout the day. I wasn't eating all of my calories for a day and I was eating very light food. Once I started eating more filling foods and all or most of my calories for the day (plus 8 glasses of H2O) I stopped binging at night. Good Luck!

I have this same problem and I skip breakfast because I never have time to eat it. I'm going to try and get up earlier to make sure I have breakfast and see if it helps. Thanks, great tips!

Spanx work great. I wear them almost everyday just to feel better about myself. My muffin is love handles on the side and I really don't love them.

I've tried Advocare and it did help but I didn't like taking so many pills every day.

I heard that pickles are supposed to curb our cravings for sweets. Haven't tried it though. If it works I'm going to stock up on pickles! :)

I agree with ValerieMomof2. I noticed that by drinking my 8 glasses of water a day really makes a difference in losing the weight. Stay hydrated :)
