I've been on MFP for a couple years now, I was very dedicated in the beginning and lost 15lbs but then I stopped. I need friends who are encouraging and supportive. It helps me keep on track and motivates me to continue on this journey. Please help!

HELP! I love Carbs!!
I am trying to cut down on the carbs I eat.. I love bread, pasta and rice! Anyone have any ideas what to replace my favorite carbs with?? I can't live off of just veggies, eggs, fish, meat and nuts!

Has anyone tried the Tracy Anderson's Method Mat Workout DVD or her Method Dance Cardio workout? I hear she is a trainer for some celebrities and was wondering if it's really worth the $30.

healthy breakfast & lunch ideas
I recently dropped to 1200 calories this week and I'm struggling. Does anyone have any suggestions for breakfast and lunch? I seem to be going over my sodium and sugar intake a lot and I don't use salt or add sugar to anything. I'm desperate for some new ideas.

MFP goals vs BMR's
I've recently went from 1400 cal a day to 1200 because I had MFP recalculate my goals. I'm nervous because I have heard about people gaining weight when they drop calories. When I recalculated my BMR it said that I should be at 1599 cal. So which do I go by? I'm confused, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

calorie tracker?? Any ideas??
Does anyone know of a good device that keeps track of calories burned? At my job I sit on a stability ball and I bounce on it all the time at my desk, I actually work up a sweat and my abs are getting tighter the more I use it. I'm just dying to know how many calories I am burning everyday doing this.
