Hello! You can add me if you'd like. We can never have enough friends on MFP!

Good job! You look amazing! :)

Keep up the good work and be PROUD of yourself. You are being a good role model for your daughter and eventually she'll want to follow in your footsteps and eat healthier. Don't let anyone, not even family bring you down. Just keep on a truckin!

I plan on sticking with MFP forever. I think if I ever quit MFP I know that I would eventually go back to the old me who ate everything in site with no limitations and be overweight. I feel healthier and happier with MFP in my life.

This was the first week that I didn't meet the challenge! :grumble: I had some horrible news with my job last week as they let my department go and now we have to transition to a new job that I'm not so crazy about. However I did get in 300 minutes of workout and burned 2259 Calories. So it wasn't a complete loss.…

My best choice was fresh mixed fruit, yummy! And my worst choice would have to be the peanut butter I put on my toast, but that was yummy too! lol!

Well...I worked hard to burn the 3500 calories for the week but over the weekend I didn't eat the greatest.. I burned 3660 calories and worked out for 596 minutes. I haven't weighed myself yet today as I am nervous! Wish me luck! I'm very excited to get back on track this week.

Wow, that doesn't sound so good to me.. Thanks for the link

Woo hoo! I'm down 2 lbs since last weeks weigh in! I'm doing great so far and hope I can keep it up! I burned 3740 Calories for the week and 467 minutes of workout, and for Week 4 I'm going to push myself to get over 4000 calories! Thanks Tracie for all the support and for me just looking at your exercise diary is so…

Wow! You look amazing! What kind of killer workouts did you do? I'm noticing results in myself but I'm starting to get bored with my workouts so I switch it up every now and then and I don't think that's a good thing. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated!! Good Job!

It helps if you pre-plan your exercise at the beginning of the day so then you can eat bigger meals and snacks throughout the day otherwise you would be up all night trying to eat back your workout calories.. :)

I struggled with sodium in the beginning and realized that I was eating to much processed food. I'm really concious of what I'm putting into my body now so that means reading all the labels and putting back things that are really high in sodium, fat, calories etc. It takes some getting used too but you can do it. I gave up…

Hey Tracie, I'm at 2804 calories burned this week! I'm almost there! I'm hoping to go way over the 3500 calories after my workouts this weekend. Thanks for the motivation!!

Please add me to the challenge! I'm ready to be motivated :)

I sit at a desk all day and I sit on a stability ball. I bounce up and down on it or side to side and I flex my stomach at the same time and it does wonders! It makes the day go by faster too

Hi! It's nice to see another North Dakotian on here! This sounds like an awesome challenge!
-
I use cooking wine, it's wonderful or else I use cooking spray and add a little bit of water to it and add a little bit of Mrs. Dash to season it up a bit.

Don't know if it works but a friend of mine is trying it and she is burping up cinnamon all the time. I was going to try it until she told me that..

I don't have any pics but I do slim in 6 also and it's a great workout! Good Luck!!
