Any Slim in 6 before/afters??

I'm doing Slim in 6 and would love to see before and afters!

    I don't have any pictures either but like the previous poster said it is an awesome workout. I still use it from time to time.

    I did Slim in 6 about 4 years ago - it worked well. The extra dvd with the quick ab workout, was a really great way to work my core center in just 10 minutes. I have lost the discs now, but if I had them I would be doing it.

    I did Slim in 6 in 2002 amd saw amazing results! I wish I had pictures- I do, but they aren't on the computer and are frankly REALLY embarassing lol. I went from a size 14/16 to a size 2/4 in about 6 months. It's amazing!!! I'm doing P90x now, and I can honestly say that beachbody.com knows their stuff. Good Luck!
