Looking at your photos I dont think you need to loose that much really.. and there really is no quick fix.. however.. I swapped my breakfast for a protein shake and in my 1st week lost 7lbs but roughly 2-4lbs a week after that... but I am sure i had WAAAAYYY more to loose than you.. Good luck!

I Have done the fitness test and day one so far.. but have friends over for a few days so was planning to start properly next week.. 24th Sep is farrrr away hehee.. but I would love to join the group! I guess I can wait :laugh:

Well I have no idea, BUT they are doing a free bottle in the UK to try.. so I got some.. and will let you know.. The website says someone lost 15lbs in a week! :D wow! dunno how true that is hahaa.. there IS NO magic pill.. I wish there was.. but we shall see :noway:

Why not just make your own soups and then you know exactly whats in it and you can make a big batch and freeze in containers and just defrost what you need when you need :)

I have a protein shake for breakfast with lots of berries in it, just like a smoothie and I love it and will carry on having it! I lost 18lbs in 6 weeks doing it, my house mate has done it for a month and lost 11lbs.. and its only replacing breakfast.. and its basically a smoothie so cant see what harm it will do. i dont…
