Obviously get your diet in check but also swing some heavy weights around ;) since I've started weights I'm noticing a lot better results than I ever did doing just cardio

Nothing wrong with your working out it will just take a few days for the water retention to adjust! I've started weight training and have pretty much gained what I've lost however my tape measurements continue to say I'm losing weight so I recommend you get one of them aswell :)

Tanning is a huge boost for me!! Makes me feel a lot sexier lol I'm riddled in stretch marks in fact I'm pretty sure I have the world's atlas on my tummy haha!!

The key is to have a plan. Meal prep is great if you plan for the day or even week ahead then you don't need to binge eat you just follow your plan :) I used to go all day without not by choice I'd just lose track of time , then on the evenings I'd over eat all the wrong crap because it was quick and convenient.

I've never tried the whole 1rm think I'll have ago tonight! If I'm honest when starting I never really looked into it as just wanted to lift to shift lbs but slowly I'm becoming obsessed with the idea of lifting weights! Someone suggested a really good app programme so ill be heading to the gym later armed with that lol

I'd say weights they are working wonders for me!! Don't worry to much about the scales and get a tape measure :) no one ever says you weigh sexy ;)

I just want to keep getting better I don't really know when I plan on stopping. The looks don't bother me as it's very rare to see a female in the weights room at all let alone using the bench press at my gym. I think im going to try lower reps more sets and then work on more reps then once I can handle that add more…

Do you think if I lower my reps but say add a extra set then I could probably add a extra weight? Say take it to 30 kg?

Yep i'm guilty! However due to the extremely small portions I top my meals up with vegtables! But then again it's not something I do constant as I do.love cooking!!

I drink constantly before/during/after a work out if your body is properly hydrated you will last longer :)

If you stick to the rules.of shakes you will lose weight it's not really a magic secret remedy it's literally as simple as staying below a certain amount of calories ... you really don't need shakes to do that but for some it is easier to use shakes ( I did herbalife in January another shake diet ). Thanks guys!! I feel a lot better and think my body has probably adapted quicker than his :) will also recommend him to start hydrating himself properly so I don't have to out up with his moaning :laugh:

We do a bit of everything as i like to warm up doing cardio ( he does do this also ) . We do squats, bench press etc and then we move on to the machines . I drink constant throughout the day and I'm always refilling my bottle at the gym whereas he seems to take tiny sips. There is probably a big difference in our diets…

I can't help but eat them back! I'm always alot hungrier on days I work out hard! I just figured that's my bodies way of saying it needs more fuel!

I weigh once a week. I quite look forward to a nice little surprise on a Saturday morning! I also measure once a week as the results are a lot better than weighing for me lol

I'm 5'3 and 168lbs!my goal is 125lb. I'm on a calorie deficit diet and sticking to about 1200cals!! I'm not working out every day to extreme lengths as I'm still in the begining stages and too much pressure will just make me quit :) feel free to add me!

I tend to lose inches before lbs! And that's how I like it I'd much rather see the results than just read them! :happy:
