I like to make angel hair pasta, mix a tablespoon of I Can't Believe it's Not Butter in, 2 table spoons grated cheese, add some veggies [mushrooms, olives, broccoli for me!] and enjoy!

Plan your meals in advance! I always pack my lunch for work complete with snacks galore. You can have some of those bad foods, just don't go crazy otherwise you ruined all your hard work.
