I find all of your posts very helpful and hope to stay with this. Sunday was Yes to all three. My daily walk with my husband and then hauling in two loads of firewood to the basement, plus some aerobics later. I am eating an AIP diet because of allergy issues. It makes everything even more complicated, but I really need to…

Why? I need accountability and I know that if I track what I eat, I can lose weight. I have 20 pounds to lose and I know I will feel better and have more energy if I do that. Yes, exercise. Yes to tracking but went over in my calorie count.

A beautiful fall day here. I walked with my husband and our border collie, Maggie. We try to do the same walk every day. I raked leaves, used my leaf blower and my hubby and I burned a pile of tree branches. I'm in a rural area and part of our property borders on a Forest Service property, so lots of places to walk. Yes I…

The is the first time for me in a challenge. I have been tracking my food the past few days and trying to get the 20 min. exercise in. A warm-up to see if i can do this. I had a hip replacement last Sept. and in Oct. I broke my femur. 4 months of basically no activity. Then along came Covid. I really need to get back where…

I'm also new to the mfp groups. I'm going to practice trying to meet this groups' goals starting today. A warm-up. My issues this past year are a hip replacement last Sept. topped off by a broken femur in October. A long recovery and then along came the quarantine. I used to go to gym 3 times a week, but that's not an…

Winter is already here with snow. I will snowshoe when there's enough snow on the ground. In the meantime, walking and at least 20 min. of aerobics indoors. Plus some free weights.

I have Celiac and DH and must follow a GF diet. I gained 20 pounds and need to lose it. I will take any and all suggestions as to how to do this. Just eating a GF diet is challenging in itself.

The same goes for me. I am constantly re-starting and have a difficult time tracking my food every day. I know I need to do it. I haven't used the message board before so hopefully I can figure this out.

I have been diagnosed with the Celiac Rash. No gluten. Not one crumb. Trying to control it with predinosone. The gluten-free bread products are high in calories.

My first goal is to lose 10 pounds. I am halfway there using the DASH Diet plan. I have been using the DASH diet for about a year and initially lost 20 pounds, lowered my cholesterol to an acceptable level, etc. Now I have gained back 7 pounds. I am back on the diet and this time my goal is to lose 40 pounds total. It's…

My goal is the same. 40 pounds, but my first goal is 10.
