I have been unable to lose weight since my diagnosis last March. I find that the GF products are even higher in calories than regular breads, cakes, etc. There doesn't seem to be a low-cal option other than just never eating baked goods or crackers. Are there others out there who have Celiac? What do you do?
I am two weeks into AIP. I have DH, Celiac and now I have some type of allergy to another food. Trying to figure it out. Is anyone in this group still active? Following an AIP diet? Tracking?
Did you stay within your diet food groups? Did you track all food eaten? Did you exercise 20 min?

I know a lot of people lose weight after following a GF diet, but I have not. What do you do to lose weight? A lot of GF products seem to be higher in calories.
