Thank you so much for the response, everyone! I decided to return the shoes and get a Nike Free 1.0 Cross Bionic, it is much more comfortable and better looking.

Same thing happened to me while doing my Insanity workout. Polar suggested me to make the strap tighter- will see tomorrow if that works.

Does it mean that I have to increase my protein intake in order to gain more muscle mass?

I'm not really familiar with calorie calculations, but I’d like to know why you consider that I’m not having enough calories intake? I hardly feel starved even after exercising though.

I measured my body fat % with a weighing scale at a pharmacy.
