Well done! You look fabulous!

my go to breakfast is oatmeal, 1 egg+2 egg whites scrambled, and an orange about 325 calories.

I tried it years ago and lost 50 pounds, but I gained it back. I guess when I was at goal I quit the shakes and began over eating again. I guess I didn't learn to manage my transition back to a regular meal. You can see how it works for you or you can try smaller meals at about the same calorie amount. Good luck!

I love this show! Whitney is fabulous! She's like the rest of us, a work in progress....but she loves herself and has fun along the way!

I think my style is 80/20. Most of the time I eat well and on Sundays, our faith and family day, we have and old fashioned Sunday dinner and dessert. I try to keep to my portion sizes and act responsibly, while enjoying a "sometimes" food. It's how our family tries to be balanced.

:D thanks for the giggle! I needed it.

maybe Greek yogurt and cereal or nuts , hummus,or tuna or salmon pouches with whole wheat bread or crackers? a half of a sandwich and a small apple? Whole wheat bread, toast or multigrain waffles with peanut or other nut butters?

I hated trying to drink water in the winter. I picked up a water jug that holds my 8 glasses. They are about $3. Its an awesome way to keep track. I fill it in the morning and keep it with me at room temp. I either drink from it or pour it. I like to heat it and add lemon. Hot lemon water is really good for you too.

http://allrecipes.com/recipe/tasty-roasted-beets/ I love roasted beets. I used salt and pepper but not the thyme. I like to serve them on top of the leaves that I sauté in olive oil with garlic, salt, and pepper.

Non-motivating and sarcastic and from Illinois I would guess, lol. Well, we have to be! Our governors have been in the mafia or in prison and we're loyal to Da Bears and the Cubs...even though they have "slow-seasons".

Thanks for the tip! Using a basket is an awesome idea.

I like to fill boiled egg white halves with it, makes a lower calorie and lower fat version of deviled eggs.

http://www.oprah.com/health/Paging-Dr-Oz Yepp, girls always turn to Oprah for answers, lol. A 35lb weight loss can equal 1 inch.....there. Thank you for your service and I'm sorry you had accident. I love avocado! It is hard to get them just right. I buy them green, put them in a brown lunch bag on the counter until perfectly ripe. I love it on toast, sandwiches, diced in salad, diced in fresh salsa with homemade baked corn chips. Mixed with greek yogurt makes a nice dip or sauce. I even love to eat them right out of…

It depends on what I make. Turkey sammie--gotta have a little olive oil mayo or smashed avocado. Ham sammie--I go with mustard. Veggie sammies--garlic lover's hummus. If I crave deviled eggs I stuff the egg whites with roasted red pepper hummus--yummo!

I usually balance out multigrain toasted o's or oatmeal, almond milk and berries with scrambled eggs made from 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites. It gives you the full feeling, slow carb, and protein.

If your clothes are getting looser, you're doing something right! Keep up the great work!

Ok, we dye our hair, wear make-up and wear bras........enhancements to try to measure up to high expectations the world gives women to live up to. Lies.....that's the one that's told at the end of the night that you'll call the next day, guys, lol.

It is hard to eat right when driving all day. I'm not sure what kind of weight loss plan you are using. You could pack a lean meat or nut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread with cut up veggies like baby carrots, celery, radishes, brocolli, and cauliflower. Add an apple, pear, orange, or grapes. Some road worthy snacks…

I sure could use friends like you guys! Please feel free to add me. I could use a kick in the butt and I could offer back the same!

I agree!

I do not agree with any bullying or bashing. I think everyone should have the right to feel comfortable in their own skin, period. I know I am getting older and I have a lot of weight to lose myself, and I'm working on that. It is my choice to do so. We all should accept each other as is and drop all of the "political…

The Perils of Penelope Pitstop. She was cool and her car could even apply her lipstick for her, lol.

I try to work with what is on sale. Usually, that is what is in season and at it's peak. I usually make lean protein and veggies for dinner. Lunches can very from pb and j to lean protein and salad. Like this week, salad with cottage cheese. Breakfast, this week anyway, is oatmeal and a boiled egg. It doesn't have to be…

In our Illinois home we had Mom's Tater Tot Casserole like this: 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained, pressed into the bottom of a baking dish, then a layer of tater tots to cover it evenly, then 1 can of Campbell's cheddar cheese soup spread evenly on top of everything. Some times she'd add a bag of frozen mixed veggies…
