I HAVE HAD TWITCHES BEFORE, BUT SINCE STARTING MY HEALTH EATING I HAVE HAD THEM REALLY BAD. I DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND EAT BANANAS AND TAKE VITAMINS. THEY ARE SO BAD THAT MY KIDS LAUGH AT THEM WHEN I GET THEM!! IT IS LIKE MY WHOLE THIGH IS TRYING TO TAKE ON A LIFE OF IT'S OWN!! WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!

di gourno with the wheat crust, supreme is really good, and you can eat like .25-.33 of the pizza for not a whole lot of cals.:happy:

I used to work for a BIG coffee shop, I would bring in 10-12 sm blended drinks for the trainers at my club, it was so funny, they would be working with their whipped cream topped cup of joy!!!

Okay, I am on a mission!! I am so sick of being the fat girl! I am going to work my butt off to be healthy for my husband and my kids!! I really don't want my kids to go through what i did as a chubby kid!! It was no fun. So any advice you have out there I will take it!!!
