    Basically, that some "100 cal" snack packs have more than 100 cals. Also, they contain different ingredients than the regular product, so you might not be satisfied with the product in the 100 cal pack, and then eat the regular product on top of the diet product, so you're consuming even more calories. I think they said that wheat thins were a good choice, I can't remember the others that were a better option.

    Bottom line: Read the label (which most of us do anyway); approach with awareness
