I go in the evening after work. I am doing intermittent fasting so I usually workout right before my first meal.

Being overweight for so long 300+ pounds and not able to have children because of it. Approaching age 30 and really focused on becoming healthy, not only for my unborn children but mainly for myself and peace of mind.

They are a little sore. I drink plenty of water, about 10 cups a day. I do rest in between lift days. I do strength training on Wednesday Friday and sunday. No I haven't warmed up my joints before starting the routine. How exactly should I do that? Just do some stretches?

DRINK MORE WATER as well as what you are doing and definitely track your calories to know that you are at a deficit

I try to get in my gallon a day. If I don't, I'm pretty close to it. I also drink coffee in the morning and know that coffee is dehydrating being that its a diuretic. With that being said a little after my morning cup I make sure to follow it with water.
