Wow You look great! Thank you for posting this. I have over 100lbs to lose myself and I find this very motivating. Keep up the awesome work. I have been successful at losing over 160lbs before but failed to maintain. Always be vigilant and aware and you will be just fine. Thank you again for your wonderful story.

I used to run 3 miles a day. My running coach suggested a hershey bar before a big run. Now that I'm diabetic I don't believe the hershey bar is the way to go. I know you can set your calories as you want. I am using the MFP website to make adjustments as I need them. MFP had me eating more calories than suggested by my doc so I had to change it. You can do this under "goals".

The way I see it you can add it to your next check-in making your loss for that week greater. LOL Either way you are doing great! Keep it up. I see your work out results and they are awesome. I can't wait till I can do half of what you are doing.
