My husband loves doing yoga....actually that is the only form of exercise he will do. And he is quite the manly man too and covered in tattoos as well. So no he doesn't look like your "typical" yoga person, but he loves it!

This is all wonderful info, as I myself am 5'2 and am currently at 143 lbs. Mystarting weight was 165 lbs back in January. My ultimate goal weight is 115 lbs, but I guess we shall see the closer I get and better I feel about myself.

My food scale has been a godsend. It really is amazing to see what a real portion is compared to what I was eating before. I still need to remind my husband to weigh everything though when he makes dinner, but he is learning, albeit slowly.

Yeah, I am the same. I find the texture is quite similar to glue. I would also love some other options for it, other than the homemade granola, in which I as well make jt not so healthy by adding butter, sugar and male syrup....but it oh so very tasty that way.

I do Zumba and absolutely love it! It is a good calorie burn. It is suitable for any shape and size. You just go at your pace and whatever you are comfortable with. Definitely give it a try as it really is a lot of fun. Going to Zumba tonite :)

Yes, then I would allow for a 210-220 calorie burn for level 1. If you can afford to get a heart rate monitor and want to, I would highly recommend one. I love it and I have found since I have gotten one, that there are quite a few differences between what I am actually burning and what MFP said I was burning.
