i say don't do it! you already have the answer to weight loss- eat less and work out more! Hcg seems easier, but it won't last. My friend did it and she's already back to her old weight. It just doesn't seem healthy to me.

think about how many calories are in one cookie and only eat it if you're willing to burn it off at the gym later! Sometimes I think I want to eat something "bad" that is 150 calories and I think, do I really want to run for 30 minutes at 4 mph to burn that off?
