This is the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me I think. Thank you so much, this journey is psychological and sometimes I forget I'm not 324 pounds anymore, I think I'll always feel like I'm 324 pounds.

That was me my entire life. Down 20, up 30, repeat. Just take it one day at a time and forget the scale. I weigh in once a month and focus on staying under goal each day. That's it :-)

I think you're absolutely amazing and I've loved being your friend on here and celebrating all of your wonderful progress. Stalls suck. But progress is progress and even if it slows down, you're not gaining! Just try to shake up your routine! :-) <3

I'm down 124 lb in 14 months. I was losing 8-10 a month for a few months and it slowed to about 6-8, now I'm losing about 4-4.5 lb a month!
