Got up at 5.30 this morning to do day 2, level 1, my hubbie thinks I'm crazy. I love it even more today than Sunday and those press-ups definately felt easier, maybe by day 5 I'll be able to do full press-ups????

I did my first workout (level 1) yesterday, found it OK, hard work but doable and satisfying, I'm aching like mad today though and each sneeze is hell! I am planning to do the workout 3x per week as I try to run on the other days.

You will love it but be careful not to start off too fast, its easy to get pulled along with the others and then you'll run out of steam before the end. Try to keep to your usual pace for the first mile or so, you'll probably still find, with the push you can do at the end that you get your best time ever over that…
