  • Could you do some exercises on your bed? I know there are lots of easy "desk workout" videos on youtube if you search. Those you can do while sitting in a desk chair at home or work. There may even be exercises you do standing up. I've never don't pilates before, so i'm not certain what it entails, but best of luck to you!
  • I say start today :) if nothing else, at least start consciously making good choices. Do you really need another helping or are you full? Thinking like that will give you the kind of self control that outlasts diets. You have my support and best of luck!
