  • Hello all, So yes I to have 30 lbs to lose. I want to get to 165lbs. I currently weigh 191. This has been a struggle,, I stopped logging my food and it seems to keep getting worse. I run 5 times a week for 3.5 miles but I guess I'm just not eating the right things
