  • I usually take eggplant, yellow squash, zucchini, onions, bell pepper, tomato, and artichoke hearts and cook them down with a little bit of olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar. YUMM!!!
  • I really like the new chocolate cheerios as a snack. 100 calories in 3/4 cup if you snack on it without milk.
  • LOL, for me it's pretty much all of the above. A lot of the issue is my feet as well. I've been diagnosed with severe arthritis, plantar fascitis, some nerve issue i can't remember the name of, and a broken bone that healed badly because it was never treated (didn't know it was broken). I just always figured my feet hurt…
