That's my thoughts especially with no sodium- but I've seen posts where the carbonation supposedly messes with your electrolytes??Just curious if people have major opinions on the subject. Like a little bubbly water could lead me to the hard stuff- full on sugar soda. Haha

It will hurt your butt more than anything you know so if the class offers larger seats to swap out grab one and you won't be in pain so much. Otherwise I took them and loved it- great burn.

Dr. Oz must be very confused. Everyday he promotes some new fangled diet miracle drug or solution and then says he isn't getting paid to promote this etc. and if someone uses his name to promote it - its false advertisement and don't believe them. But didn't you just promote it? NOW I'M CONFUSED???? :frown:

I love fresh and steamed Kale put in everything that isn't just salads. Pasta sauce, soup etc. Tonight I chopped it into turkey meatballs with mushroom sauce. Adds bulk, iron and fibre and few calories. Because my family doesn't want it in everything I just steam in microwave for a minute and add to everything for me.

I totally get the idea!! If she has any sense of humour which she must if you love her, she'll think its funny - I think its adorable. Its the perfect over the top geek way. Love it!! That's life get used to it. I live in a house with my thin husband and 2 thin male young adults. They buy their own groceries sometimes so there is always stuff in the house I shouldn't or won't eat. Either plan for it or bring your own food. You can't live in a controlled bubble forever- real life presents choices.

I was extremely anemic before my hysterectomy and taking iron or even one a days with iron made me ill all the time. I read on an anemia site that if you take a flintstone vitamin or two wont hurt your stomach. So since then that's what I do and I never feel ill. Watch the gummies for adults because some don't have iron.

Make a spicy Jambalaya. You can make your own no salt creole seasoning with online recipes. And add lots of pepper and onions or what ever veges. You can make it with brown rice or quinoa. I use that seasoning after for everything.
