I promise you'll notice more energy if you do it in the am. I also can't imagine going back to working out in the pm. Get all of the things you need laid out the night before so that's one less excuse you have. I have a hard time making myself get out of bed but once I'm up I'm gold.

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 slice of sourdough bread with butter Lunch: 2 mini meatloaves, broccoli, 1/2 baked potato Dinner: Kale and turkey pasta bake (1200-1400 calories) I follow the no S Diet (no snacking, no sweets, no seconds except on days that start with S)

Throw some frozen fruit in with your water. I do that and get to eat the fruit afterwards! :wink:

My issue is not being able to log food on the website online. I can log food on the app, however.

Having the exact same issue. I think it's been since the update. I also have to disconnect then reconnect. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

I'm there with you. I'm working out tonight, Saturday and Sunday to hopefully make up for any overindulgence's I consume. Pink Moscato is my vice but it's just so smooth and delicious! :blush:

Glad you did it! Sometimes it's just a matter of getting out there and doing it. I go through those phases of not wanting to workout. Sometimes I do it and sometimes I don't.
