I usually work out during nap time. If I don't get a chance to do that, I will go for a walk, or the park, with my kids and try to get some physical activity that way. And, if for some reason that doesn't happen, I have my husband watch the kids for an hour or so.

I just started Phase 3. I'm losing about a pound a week. I know I've lost inches, but, unfortunately, I never have taken exact measurements.

I'm doing Jillian's Total Body Revolution. It's a 90 day program. I lost 6.5 pounds in the first month. I don't know how many inches I've lost because I didn't take measurements, but I feel like I've lost some inches as well, just because my clothes are looser.

I have a mini trampoline that I will jog on and I think it's a great workout. It is low resistance, which also helps.

I wear a HRM and burn around 250 calories on average doing a half hour of Jillian's workouts. I am doing Total Body Revolution right now.
