  • That is a very good question. I can honestly say I am struggling a bit with this very issue at the moment, and to top things off the AC is not working properly, so not only is it hot outside, but it hot inside. The only time I can do something is early prior to work time, and it has been a struggle this week.
  • Bob's Red Mill 10 grain or steel cut oats with 2 tbs of ground flax (gotta have those Omega's) with a little splenda brown surgar blend. I also generally drink a latte made with coconut or almond milk and decaf espresso. I am a creature of habit and tend to eat this most days, but I love hot cereal, so it works for me.

  • I agree. I started out with vanilla flavored greek yogurt, but it was too high in sugar, so I switched to Fage 0% mixed with a cup of strawberries. Now I prefer the non-fat plain over the sweetened kind.
