I was so good yesterday, had my mid afternoon fruit and dinner and no snacks all day. Today, someone at work brought brownies and could not resist.....

Everyone check in each day after your 'danger time' mine is 14:00-17:00.

It's only on workdays too. I am fine on the weekends. Going to check back each afternoon.

I made one on monday with sweet potato, carrot, onion, mushroom, corn, peas, pork mince, tinned tomato, paprika, bisto gravy. Only 200 calories per serve and lots of fibre.

9:30, 12:30. 15:30 and 18:30 I don't understand how people can go 6-8hours between meals, I feel like I would pass out

I even get those 'graze' boxes delivered on monday with healthy snacks with the aim to have one compartment per day. It's normally all gone by Tuesday.
