  • I try not too. I usually eat my net goals and after i finished dinner and I am getting ready for bed I add what I did for the day. That way I don't over eat and I am losing weight. So far it has worked
  • I have the will fit plus and Zumba and I love them both. I can honestly say I suck at Zumba but i try and I move and that is all that matters right lol. I try to do at least 30 mins on the wii fit and 30 mins of Zumba and walk my dog for 15-20 mins as a cool down every day. It really has made a great difference.
