I've done this work out and I love it....after awhile it gets a little tidous even thought the results are always amazing. I would like to cut my soda habit, I tried cutting diet and replacing with regular and just sipping ( I hear its healthier because of the sugar) but now I'm trying to cut it completely, maybe put lemons in my water.?

I use recipes that you can get 1-2 meals out of and then add things to it like pasta, or sauce to turn it into something else to get a few more meals out of. I have a few recipes that are inexpensive I think! message me privatley with your budget and I'll send you them if they are within!

I'm on day 7, I take a day break in between because of my schedule. I'm still on Level 1, after restarting it. I do other things such as the arc trainer 1 day a week, but I want to try her other dvds too. ! Feel free to add me

when you create your goals, of how much weight you want to lose per week it tells you how much is your daily limit for cal intake, and how many you should be burning through excercise.

The elliptical sometimes isnt that accurate because at certain points you slow down and you still "burn" the same amount. I like the arc trainer because it automatically adjust your resistance based on your weight and work out. And when you log it on here its either right on point with cal burned or give or take 1 - 2
