Okay I'm glad I joined this group now. I've been frustrated but I feel like things will start changing for me and I'm ordering that book ASAP. I have a question I'm away and school and being atuck in a meal plan I don't really have much to contribute with what we're served on a daily basis so is purchasing protein powder…

I'm 5'9 started mfp at 264 currently plateauing between 210-214 but my goal weight is 164 no refuse to go below 160.. I'm not trying to be super skinny tho. Just lean nd toned.

A year but that's only cause i wasn't in a relationship. Usually its every other day if I'm with someone

First let me just say MFP is my fairy God mother. I started my weight loss journey January 2011 but slowly gave up even after losing 8 pounds. i celebrated when i got mine naturally as well. Congrats, it only gets better. My PCOS has been under control since i started losing weight
