You can go to GNC and get a 7 day cleanse this way you can stick to your diet. You can still work out and eat healthy i just did mine

go do a hardcore workout and cardio and your body will love you for those carbs when you eat them

Your cheat day is just fine. Do not go all out like your friend does that is a no go. You should have a cheat day once a week it helps keep you from losing your mind.

Drink alot of water, you can not beat it. I drink BCAA's during my workout but i swear the only reason i feel good afterwards is cause i drink over a gallon of water a day

If you are doing any kind of weight lifting you are building muscle while you loose some fat. So your weight wont go down if you are building muscle

i eat at 830pm every night and go to bed by 10. I have a casein shake right before i go to bed cause it is a slow burning protein. I drink alot of ice cold water and stay away from any kinds of foods.

It is good for you to have a cheat day and when i say a cheat day i dont mean go out and pig out at fast food places all day long. Go to a good restaurant to eat out at. Stay away from fast food places those things are the devil

For the most part i agree with all of this. Drop all of those snack bars, they are really bad for you.

depeneds on your life style. If you are very active and on your feet most of the day then most likely not. My diet consest of 2000 cals 60% protien 20% carbs 20% fat. This is what i do when i cut. You can look at my daily meals and get a idea.

Stay away from fruit all together if possible. It all has sugar in it, yes it is natural sugar. Just cause its natural doesnt mean its good for you.

that is a no go on chili, im not for sure but i bet there is alot of fat that is unhealthy and like i said before nothing from fast food places are good. Your best bet is a sandwich place

Get a lunch box and make your meal for afterwork. There are no real healthy fast food places.
