If you are a huge chocolate fan then i would not go cold turkey right off the bat cause it will not work. There is nothing wrong with treating yourself once a week as long as you dont go over board with it

Throw the junk food away and keep more fruit that is sweet. I use to love junk food and it was hard to stop eating it when i started caring more about my body. Now that i have been doing it for years i dont even crave it or like the taste of it. I cant remember the last time i ate at a fast food restaurant. Just be stronge…

We have all had those days. Just keep pushing and pushing, force yourself to the gym. I know once i get in there i feel 10* better. Nothing good has ever came from giving up and nothing comes easy. Just hard work and good luck

You are not eating enough and your not eating all that healthy. Yes you stay under cals but it is not a healthy choice of foods

Everyone has this problem when they start dieting. You body just aint use to the whole change of good food yet. Stick with the diet and you will stop feeling sick and the headaces will go away. Give yourself a cheat day to. If you dont your diet will collapse after a week or so

It could be your diet. How much you eat and what you are eating will play a roll in this. I know when i start cutting i go from 5000 cals a day to 2000 cals. I feel sick to my stomach for a week until my body gets use to the way im eating

Its all about your diet. You can workout everyday for hours at a time but if you dont diet you wont lose weight
