  • Depends on the sandwich that you are eating. For my carbs in my lunch meal i just have 2 slices with nothing on it.
  • I know you said you dont like eating just a salad with no dressing but it is by far the best thing to do. Salads really dont have anykind of nutritional value other then it will fill you up.

  • What are you eating that has sugar in it? What are you eating throughout the day and how many meals do you have? When i cut i try not to eat any surgary foods.
  • yogurt should be just plain old nasty yogurt, the ones with fruit have sugar in them. cheese i do not eat at all when i cut and for milk i might have one glass a day if that. I drink over a gallon of water a day.

  • Keep your healthy carbs in your diet just eat them for breakfast and/or lunch. Its your bodies source of energy so you need it to help you loose weight as long as you dont over do them
