thank you everyone xx some great ideas and yes I've started doing cook ups and food planning. An early shift means my lunch is at 11am so find it difficult to eat anything to heavy but now been having a bowl of porridge and love it. As for exercise ... i'm about to reduce my working week and plan to start power walking…

I totally understand ...i have just had my 49th birthday.... 4stone over wieght .... been on all types of diet but never stuck and now have the added problem of drinking wine on a too regular basis

Good morning and welcome xx I've been here a few weeks now and found this has boosted my wieght loss since starting to loose wieght just after christmas. I'm not sure if its the right thing to do but i'm using this site along side slimming world and up till now have lost 1stone :-) so its working for me :-)

I use my wii fit as scales but really only take it as a guide on go more on how i feel :-) What ever you decide to use just stick with the same, and try and wear the same and wieght at the same time of day Good luck xx

hi hun well i've just joined today but been on a diet for the last 8wks, so far lost 9lb but this week i've put on half so need a lift. Thought by watching calories in time i'll learn where i'm going wrong :-( Would like you love some company along the way xx
