I work out mostly at night and I eat a piece of fruit or some dry cereal.

I keep my snack ready bc I LOVE LOVE to eat..I keep rice cakes, fruit, raisins, yogurt and otameal near me so I won't splurge on something bad or wait to long to eat and eat all kinds of crazy stuff....

Congrats Sara..I forgot to report my weight lost but my buddy and I both lost 2lbs this past week and I'm headed for another 2lb weight loss this week..I plan to walk on my lunch break in addtion to my normal workout routine.

I completely agree with Newfiedan about shedding more lbs..I've noticed my love handles are shrinking along with my belly..I have 16lbs. to go and if they aren't all gone i'm gonna keep going down until they are gone lol...

April 7 week WLG: 12-15 lbs Diet goal: NO sweets or fried foods of "ANY KIND" for the entire seven weeks Excercise goal: To stick with my current excercise plan of going to the gym 6xdays a week, Spin on Saturday and Kickboxing and Zumba on Tuesday or Thursday

Zumba is great..I go twice a week and I do kickboxing as well

I agree with you not eating them back...I don't excercise just to eat..I excercise to tone and lose weight
