  • I'm glad I read this...I have been feeling the same way since I started my diet/exercise. I'm glad I'm not the only one. But I would think the other posts are right too, because our muscles are swolen and we dranks tons of water.
  • I've been lifting pretty heavy weights now for about 5 weeks and I've lost 10 pounds so far. I say keep going!! :)
  • I've run into the same problem. I exercise hard core for about an hour and a half a day (weight lifting, cardio, etc.) and I allow myself 1200 calories. I've lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks which is not as much as I'd expect. I think I will do the same, allow myself more calories in the day and see if that makes a difference.…
