  • Yea I have them daily, usually late at night. Do you think it would be ok if I ate canned peaches? I know those are sweet and I really like peaches, but if they're canned are they not very good for you? I guess anything is better than what I have been eating.

  • A friend of mine uses Shakeology and absolutely loves it. I have tried Body By Vi as well as Whey Isolate; both of which I really enjoy, but I don't know a lot about this stuff, the only thing I know is that I am extremely picky when it comes to taste and I liked both of these a lot.
