I do Zumba six days a weeks and stay under 1600 calories per day, I have lost 52 pounds in about 4 months, yes it works and its amazing !!!!!

I eat anything I want, just in small amounts...I love cookies, cake, ice cream, pizza, soda but in smaller portions

28 years old, I have lost 50 lbs so far in about 3 1/2 months. I just stay under 1500 calories per day (but eat whatever I like, no special diet just smaller amounts of food ) and I workout 2 hours a day / five days a week. Feel free to add me :)

Thanks everyone ! Yes I was shocked I lost so much so quickly but I just keep my calories low but in a healthy range and I workout A LOT, working out has become my new addiction and I love every moment of it, have never felt so good in my life !

Walk the mall...do anything, there are so many indoor options to keep moving. Might not be able to run in the mall or a store but you can walk fast and its better than not doing anything.
