  • Eating "clean" is bull****. Doesn't matter. Zero to do with weight loss. If you're stuck you're at maintenance or aren't accurately tracking/reporting cals. Cut cals or up activity.
  • It's complete bull****. Do what you want to. I am a distance runner who dropped 110 pounds. I LOVE to run and I lift twice a week. Find your own goals. You don't "have to" do any cardio or any exercise for that matter to lose weight.
  • You could have easily gained pounds of muscle in 3 years! May be necessary to cut cals. When you reach goal - again - slowly raise them back up and find your maintenance.
  • I tried a "bulk" Last winter after 110 pound loss. Stupidest move of my life. Never again not to mention - not needed.
