Weight Loss Stalled

Three years ago I went from 220 down to around 140. I put a bit of it back on last year (like 20-25lbs!)- not for lack of exercise, but from not watching what I eat (and stopped using MFP). So in February I joined a weight loss contest at the studio I exercise at, and over the course of 8 weeks, I lost 14 lbs, and 8 inches. I kept going, and am now down 24 & fit back in to MOST of my 5/6 jeans (there's a couple that are still a tad snug ;) ), but have been stuck here!!! I haven't lost a single pound since 6/13. I haven't gained, which is good, but can't seem to get over this plateau. I have 6 measly pounds to go. I have put on a lot more muscle this trip around though (changed up the type of training I'm doing). I've tried tricking my body & eating more than my allotted calories for a couple days, then going back to regular intake. Need advise on how to get past this plateau!

You could have easily gained pounds of muscle in 3 years! May be necessary to cut cals. When you reach goal - again - slowly raise them back up and find your maintenance.

So I looked at your food diary(hope that was okay) and you seem to have a change around the middle of June in what you are eating at night. You go from protein and vege and a starch to cheese and starch with protein. You might want to watch the dairy and starches in the evening and see if that helps.
