It IS hard. But for me, it truly is a lifestyle change. My mind must also change, and that takes time. Any time that I have lost weight rapidly, in the past, I put it back on because I did not change my mindset, lifestyle, and support network.

I'm a tight size 8 and I'd like to be a 4. My highest was size 22! I'm not weighing myself for a little while. I had a binge eating disorder and scale preoccupation and I'm recovering from a relapse.
